SSC/SBCType is a three legged, manually operated upper discharge, intermittent settling centrifuge. The drum has no holes. Under the action of centrifugal force field, heavier solid phase substances deposit on the drum wall to form a sediment layer, while light phase substances form an inner liquid ring. The clarified inner liquid phase substances can overflow out of the drum by flipping over the liquid blocking plate, or be led out of the drum by a skimming tube during operation.
